EXPLORE MARINE CONSERVATION IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

Cayman Islands is the most populated among the sun-kissed and stunning archipelagos in the Western Caribbean Sea. It comprises three unique islands – the Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. These trio of stunning islands though they complement each other, each still possess a unique beauty and richness of its own.

Grand Cayman, the largest of the three islands, is popular for its underwater sea walls along with some shipwrecks and coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. It also boasts numerous natural attractions, like the Mastic Trail, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, blow holes in the East End district and many more. Cayman Brac, the second largest with the most prominent terrain of the trio due to its bluff of limestone outcrop where it got its name, is known not only for diving but also for having the well-known caves, rock climbing sites, recreational fishing spots, and hiking trails. Little Cayman, though the smallest and least populous, has a rich and remarkable parade and heritage festival. This island is famous for its popular scuba diving sites such as Jackson’s Bight and Bloody Bay which is one of the top dive sites in the world. You can embark on an unforgettable Research Diving volunteer program for a first-hand experience of this world famous diving site, or choose Underwater Photography and Conservation to enhance your photography skills and immerse yourself in the marine ecosystem.
